Well i was detailing a '00 accord the other day and encounter big chunks of dime size Sap or gunk or whatever it was. It layered up and was a bit sticky. It was layered above the paint surface. What would be the best thing to do to remove it?
The best product I've used for sap and related gunk is 3M adhesive, tar, and grease remover. You can find it at WalMart where they sell the auto body stuff like Bondo. It'll take off the sap in 2 seconds, no problem.
Yeah I have little pieces of sap, on my car, much smaller though. Like little dots. The clay bars don't touch it. I can't seem to find any 3M products here. Any other suggestions.. Goo-gone maybe?
