patience, a tooth brush and some Megs #39, EO 20/20, or...

Around the wiper cowl area, use a pressure washer with a 25 degree tip. Do not get too close and strip the clear protective coating off the plastic. Get just close enough with the wand to remove the spatter. Otherwise, try peanut oil.

Above posts can be used to remove the splatter.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound in result or something along those lines. I have old bath towels and drop cloths to mask off areas I'm not working on while polishing out a car in a garage.

Old newpaper also works to help mask the area from splatter. Open the hood, lay the newspaper over the area, close hood, no problem!

Yeah, ditch the rotary! :D

j/k ;)

I would try QD or failing that, a bug & tar remover. If it's not water soluble it should be petroleum soluble I imagine.

Yep Shout Sure Does. But I need something for the paint I tried some windex but it just leaves white streaks so I left that out next time I will take the time to cover up all the molding and windows.
