Remove swirl marks by hand

My 2001 Accord has some light (if that is possible) swirl marks in the paint. It is desert sandstone in color (gold) and I want to tyr and polish to remove them by hand.

Any preferred products and procedures for this process????

megs scratch x by hand works pretty decent, I guess if you have arms of steel and endurance like lance armstrong you will get them out after a few days :)
 
If you're planning on doing the whole vehicle by hand, I'd go with polishes from 1Z; they're my #1 choice for working by hand.
