Hi guys.
I'm been asked to detail a 96 Miata with severely oxidized paint. I'm writing here to get an evaluation of what my plan of action will be, and get some feedback
.
Please note that I will be using a PC, because that is all I have available to me.
Wash
Clay with Megs Aggressive clay
M105 with LC orange pad (probably will have to clean my pads over and over, can I get by with just pressing microfiber against it while spinning the pad?)
M205 with LC white
XMT 360 on LC white
Natty's Red with LC Black
When I searched, I found the 1990 hall of fame detail - was wondering if current products allow my process to be a little different.
Also, can I skip from M105 to XMT360? Does XMT 360 have enough cut to finish M105? On my personal miata it did a good job of removing swirlmarks.
Thanks everyone!
