Hey Folks,

I detailed my Mother's car this weekend. It hadn't been touched since the last time I detailed it in October. Even then though, I didn't know nearly as much as I do now. I also, didn't have a PC back then. The pics don't show it very well, but the car was in some bad shape.

Mother's California Gold Car Wash Soap

Pinnacle Poly Clay

Pinnacle XMT 3 - Orange Pad

Pinnacle XMT 1 - White Pad

Pinnacle XMT Finishing Glaze w/Carnauba - Gray Pad

Pinnacle Souveran - By hand

Stoner's Invisible Glass

Megs NXT Tech Protect

Armor All Tire Foam

Armor All Extreme Shine Tire Gel

Here are some before pictures:

Sorry about the poor picture quality.

I like how you left the air freshner, has that been there since october too? :P

Looks great though, has that rocky driveway damaged the body at all?

She said it was new and specifically asked me to leave the air freshener. I did remove the other four. I'm sure at least one of them was there in October.

The rocky driveway isn't a problem for this car because my mom doesn't live with me.

nice work ..i ilke hyundai paint its look like viberglass ...very quality paint and laquer use on hyundai

Thank you. I think the one I am doing is a 2003, I am not a pro, but experienced and have a PC with a new swirl buster UDM pad, line of optimum polishes which I don't really care for, but this is a detail for fire wood. So if I do good, I get a big truckload of wood. Soft is good, my BMW is rock hard and Optimum with a PC won't touch it.

It should be clearcoat and it should be pretty soft.
