I have some faded areas on this car on the roof and on the hood. Is there anything I can do to fix this up and make it look better? It is a Florida car and probably got alot of sun exposure. I have PB SSR2.5 and SSR1. Some EX-P and some Nattys wax. The rest of the paint job looks good. I don't want to make it worse.....I have the PC with some polishing and finishing pads.

You can try the polish but if that doesn't work you might need to use a chemical polish like PB ProPolis, PwC, or Klasse AIO.

Tried the SSR 2.5 and SSR 1 today on a small section that was very faded and spotty. Didn't take long at all to bring out a nice red shine. I am very pleased. Now I need to do the whole car!!

The leather interior on this car needs some serious cleaning. It is off white and has some black streaks on the drivers seat. Looks like somebody with dirty or greasy clothes had driven the car. What is the best thing to use for leather cleaning??

Glad the SSR combo worked for you. For future reference you will want to start a thread when a new topic comes up but to get the streaks out you can use an all purpose cleaner diluted so it isnt so strong. Using that and a towel you will be able to clean the leather prior to dressing/conditioning it. A mr clean magic eraser also does wonders for interior scuffs too.

Is Simple Green an all purpose cleaner?
What is an mr clean magic eraser??

Thanks on the thread issue.

Yes simple green is an APC. I am not sure on the correct dilution for interiors but my guess would be 20:1. Also using an 8:1 water/woolite mixture would probably clean your leather nicely.

The magic eraser is this:

They can be bought at any grocerystore for about 2 bucks. You just wet them and are able to scrub away scuffs and stuborn marks. They also work great on wax stained trim.
