Recommendation please for leather conditioner

I believe Zaino Z10 "leather in bottle" is what your looking for. I've heard nothing but great things about it, and supposily its suppose to bring back that leather smell really good.

:yeah
I use the 4* Leather cleaner and conditioner ... the conditioner smells like real leather and doesn't leave the seats greasy feeling. Best I have found as of today!

I will also recommend the 4* Ultimate Leather Conditioner product. It's very easy to use, reasonably durable, and has a nice leather scent.

I have tried and tested all of the following leather conditioners...here is a quick overview of my findings...

Lexol: Probably the best for conditioning the leather. Makes it much more supple, but it doesn't smell that good and it makes the seats very sticky. It doesn't contain any ingredients to make the leather look better, only to condition it. I use lexol on older cars with drier leather.

Pinnacle Zaino and 4*: All very similar. They all smell excellent, look great, are easy to use and cost a lot! The differences between them are suttle, but my favorite is 4* followed closely by Pinnacle then Zaino. To me, 4* lasts slightly longer, is more dry to the touch, and applys more evenly. Pinnacle probably has the strongest smell of the 3, but they all really do smell just about the same. But, considering how similar they are, I choose 4* because its slightly better in performance and is the cheapest per ounce.

the 4* is very good...I like having a separate cleaner & conditioner so I can condition monthly & clean quarterly...the Pinnacle is the best 1 step I have tried...both has a nice leather smell

I'll say 4* leather conditioner is as good as zaino's z10. However 4* 16 oz is $12.95 and z10 8 oz is $10.95. I do find z10 to be a bit finicky initially when applying using foam app, finicky in the sense that I see some spots on my leather due to z10 not being spread consistently. Once I switched to mf app, I don't get that problem anymore.

One other thing, it says on the back of z10, you can use it on the dashboard and interior vinyl ,hmmm I use something else for the dash, not sure how many here use Z10 for those.

Enjoy your 4* leather conditioner :)

Hopefully, OCD Pharmacy will give some added insight into this. He is doing research and will write an article soon. I've been struggling as of late trying to get leather cleaned with good results. I've done two details, that, IMO, the leather cleaning is not up to par w/my standards.

However, IMO, I just tried Pinnacle's Leather Cleaner and Conditioner. Great leather smell, great conditioning properties, however, I was disappointed by the cleaning ability of it. :(

I also love that fresh leather smell.

I have used just about everyone out there, I think Zaino gives you the best finish and smell. It will make your car smell like a leather store. Ask Sean, he checked out the Zaino when we did my Mach.
