Received my order but pads are squished??

I just received my order from autogeek and everything is great. However, the 2 pads I ordered were squished in between some bottles and they are not regaining their shape. I tried to "massage/knead them" but they are really bent. What do I do now? Any ideas?

first i would hold of doing anything to them until you contact autogeek and tell them your situation they have awesome customer service and will take care of you.....for sure..


do you have a pic.....
this may or maynot help you but you can wet/damp the pad then allow to dry in the sun but like i said i havent seen the extent of your damged pad or a pic ...
 
Just give them some time and they will even out. Or you could put them on your backing plate so they are flat and let them get to the right shape that way. Unless something is permanatly bent (which i think is highly impossible) then you should contact Autogeek. It's just foam and flexible and as easy as it was to get squished, its easy enough for them to come back to original shape...it just might take a little bit of time.
