re: deep scratch removal

Can these be fixed by any pro-detailer without bringing it in a body shop for repainting? Please help. I've posted these in car detailing forum but it seems I don't get any help from them. Hope that any pro detailer in these forum will let me know if its posible to get fixed by not bringing it in a body shop. Thank you!
