I just ordered a PC7336, what size backing plate could be used/ should be used a 5" or 6"? Is this a decent kit? This comes with a 5" backing plate. http://autogeek.net/bf100.html Or do I need this plate http://autogeek.net/damvp6.html Thanks in advance!

The 5" backing plate you just got should be fine. I use a 6", but my pads are 7.5" diameter.
I've noticed that some people in here use the 6 in. pads and some use the 7.5 inch pads. Is there a really big difference? I didn't see the Sonus pads offered in 7.5 inch. Is Sonus the best brand? If not, what is? I had read in here about the having to rig the LC Pads with some sort of glue or something like that if I'm not mistaken. The LC pads glue comes undone,

The size in the pad is just a matter of preference. As far as brand, LC, Meguiars and Sonus all seem to make good pads. I think a lot of people bought LC pads last year because they were pretty cheap at top of the line. Their prices have gone up though.
Some people experience the velcro part of the pad getting loose or detached over time and usage. Just wear and tear in my book.
