Has anyone ever heard or used a product called SONAX quick detailer. It was the only quick detailer that I found from the shops yesterday. In the bottle there's a link to SONAX web site...

I've heard of Sonax but never have used their products. Car Care Online sells some of their stuff. The USA distributor for them is here:

My advice is that never ever use Sonax quick detailer or anything from SONAX. I just washed my car and applied the qd and after an hour I'm still trying to get it done... No change. I had to wash it again and still doesn't get come clear and I had to wash it third time with strongest vehicle solvent available to get it of from my car. 2hr gone and it still ins't cleared out. I have to take a break now.... It just doesn't come of... it sticks like glue and looks real bad. I had 3 good coats of Autoglym wax on my car and this Sonax thing ruined it all. I have to start from the beginning now and to get rid of that SONAX =( bottle for good...

Sonax Quick Detailer ? Never heard of it. I'm in Germany and Sonax is a german company, their products are widely used here, but I've never heard of a Sonax Quick Detailer. Do you happen to have a picture of the bottle ?
I respectfully disagree with you on the advice not to use anything from Sonax. It is not a top of the line product but I have friends who are using Sonax with with very good results.
As most of the regulars here on the board always say 'It's all about prep, technique and experience'

I was trying to advice others not to use such product because it sucks...
And after knowing nothing about the experience level of the guy who's posting a topic here I wouldn't comment like this..:

I thought that this was a bulletin board for everyone who shares the same passion for keeping his&her car in shape. But it seems that I have missunderstood this or something. I have posted to several boards within last 12 months and I honestly can say that this board is not the nicest around. It seems that if you dont have message count of at least 200 you're a just some stupid guy who doesn't know ****. And everyone thinks you're dummy a or something.
There are boards that welcome the newbies nicely and so on, but... not in here.... :sosad

First of all, I do apologize if my reply offended you in any way. This board will provide you every kind of information and help you need regarding car detailing.
Secondly, I was surprised to hear that Sonax has a quick detailer at all. As I've posted before, I'm living in Germany and I've never heard of a Sonax QD which I would definitely give it a try to see how it works.
And finally, I would be glad if you could provide me a link or a picture of that product so that I can try it and in case I can call Sonax to get more information.
