I ordered the Metrovac VNB-83B last week and I have a couple questions:
1) When I shake the vacuum it sounds like there's a tiny metal piece rattling around inside of it. Is that normal?
2) The vacuum I received is labelled VNB-73, despite the fact that I ordered the VNB-83B. Did the vendor send me the wrong one, or is the 83B just the 73 vacuum with all the special attachments?
I would call the vendor but they're only open while I'm at work, so I'm hoping some of you guys can answer my questions. Thanks!
