Question for cvcaelen from Belgium

Hello cvcaelen,

I'm from Belgium just like you, but for the sake of our American friends I'll write in English so they can understand the question.

I've just bought a Citroen Picasso (which most of you on this forum won't know what it looks like, it's an MPV).

I'm looking for the best products to keep it in mint condition and as you know that is something rather difficult over here.

Anyway, after a lot of searching I've found a shop that sells Autoglym. Maybe not as good as Klasse or Zaino, but I can't find those and it is certainly a lot better than Turtle Wax (about the only brand you find over here together with Valma, a local brand and utter crap).

Now the question: if read on these forums that a lot of people use a PC buffer to detail their cars; did you use this one, some other buffer or did you detail by hand?

I saw the pictures of your MPV and you did a great job. If you used a buffer, which one and where did you get it? Do you know an address in Belgium that sells Porter Cable?

Thanks for any information you can give me

Hi, Pinkpanther,

verry welcome to this board, glad to see a fellow Belgian in here.

I did not use a PC , did it all by hand , my back is still soar and my arms , well let just say they begin to heal.

just kiddin'

I'm afraid we have not many options for buying a PC , as far as I coul find untill now is to order it from the Net, as Lowejackson wrote.Be aware , my bank wants 7€ transfer costs for bankorders, shippingcosts vary from 20 to 25 €

That's one reason I use Zaino 5 mostly : it fills swirls (mind you , an initial prep is verry essential to achieve good results from Z , but surely worth it)

But You're on the wright place to learn , buy the e-book and read it , you won't believe what you can learn from it
