Question about Zaino

I have a good friend that got his car painted this summer. He has found a couple areas that need to be redone, and the painter has agreed to repaint those areas this winter. In the meanwhile, he's thinking about Zainoing the car. I wonder if this is a good idea? I mean, will the painter be able to remove the Zaino, when the areas are repainted to blend the new paint with the old?

If the painter is up to par, then he will. A simple AIO, polish, or alchohol rub down will help remove any sealant. I'm assuming the painter will be aware of such prior to doing his work. Just make sure your friend informs the dealer that the sealant needs to be removed. Or just have him remove the LSP himself before giving it to the painter.

The area is going to be prepped prior to painting. That includes sanding. The Zaino is history and so is this thread.
