question about shelf life

i purchased HD UNO and HD POXY exactly a year and a half ago.

the products have been stored in my garage, and i am noticing that they are both really really hard and thickened to a point where they cant be squeezed out of the bottles. if i remove the cap, it comes out in globs.

i have shaken the bottles vigorusly, but cant seem to get any progress.

i would like to know if they are past their shelf life. and if not, what can i do to make them useable?

Let them sit out in the sun if its warm or some other warm place, then shake the crap out of them.
