Question about PBWS

Seeking the perfect shine
I've heard some people using 2+ layers of The Poorboy's Wheel Sealant. Do I need to let this stuff "cure" on the wheels between layers? I know that some sealants need to "Cure" on the wheels....that you need to give the sealant 24hrs or so between coats. Is the PBWS like this?

I have a set of wheels I'm dying to put on my car. I've applied a coat of PBWS to them, and want to put a 2nd on before putting them on the car. I'm sealing the wheels inside and out.....and want to get 2 coats on them while they're easy to work with.

Thanks ahead of time.

I would give two coats immediately to make sure you have full coverage, then wait 24-36 hours and apply a third coat;)

Yep, I agree with Steve. You can put two coats on initally and add another coat the next day, or right after your next wash. I actually like to wait until the next wash for any additional coats.

When I do multiple coats in one day, I like to apply and remove it using the "let each coat dry" method, rather than the "work it in - buff right off" method. However, either way would probably work just fine.......... just my preference.

Whatever the case, the WS is some pretty darn good stuff! :bigups Let us know what you think!

Well, they got bout 12 hrs of "Cure time." Guess I'll apply another coat before I have to leave this morning.

I wanted to get as much protection as I could on them before they went on.

Car's gonna get another coat or 2 of WolfGang this weekend. She already has 2. I've heard that 4 about maxes it out.
