Last year on my black hotrod I did.



Wash with NTX soap

Clay

Pinnacle Paintwork Cleansing Lotion

Wash

3 Coats of Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax



This year I plan on doing



Wash with NTX Soap

Clay

SSR 2

SSR Finial Finish

AIO

3 Coats of Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax



Is there any reason to use Pinnacle Paintwork Cleansing Lotion?
 
I wouldn't use it in this year's plan. I don't think there's a need for it. Not sure why you did the wash prior to the 3 coats of Souveran in last year's steps. :nixweiss
 
Not only would AIO negate the effects of the Pinnacle loting but so would the SSR1. You would essentialy be doing almost the same step three times.



Yes, I'd do AIO vs. PCL.

Pinnacle PCL is clean and hide light swirl marks before wax.



For this year plan, I will skip either SSR finial finish or AIO becuase the 2 polishes or AIO already clean the surface very well. No needed for Pinnacle PCL.
