Question about ONR

Since i've read that ONR leaves the paint glossy, im assuming it leaves behind a "film"?



say if i want to use ONR in between steps/layers as it rained during a 24 hr curing period(no shelter), will this affect the bonding of the next layers of UPGP/DWG??

OPT says the polymers in ONR can be painted over, so I don't think you'll have any issues.
