Question about Autopia Review Section

This isn't really "off topic", but I can't figure out which forum to post in, so here goes. How does a product in the Review Section get to rate a "thumbs down" icon ("currently ranked as one of the worst!")?



For instance, Poorboy's EX Sealant has been given the thumbs down, but, as far as I can see, it hasn't done too badly in the reviews!

No answer yet. I also noticed some were listed as "Best in Class," but there doesn't seem to be a "BiC" for every section.
