Qew

6cyl's_of_fury

its naturally curly......
With the tight water restrictions in Australia ( cannot use a hose at all unless you have a permit and containment matt - who can afford that for a weekly wash?!? ), I figure that QEW is an easy solution to my problem of wanting a clean car and sticking to the rules ( plus I have started doing some cars on the side for extra $ )

BUT

where can I buy QEW online ( without needing to fax etc ) and that will ship internationally? So far I have reached dead ends at The Protcet All website and camping world website. Google aint throwing anymore names up....

Secondly, are there any comparable products out there or is QEW the only one to get?

Any help would be appreciated! :xyxthumbs

QEW is completely unique as far as I know. I can check into shipping costs since I can buy it by the gallon locally or see if they would be willing to ship it.

Thanks guys. At this stage it will just be a gallon container, Im not servicing that many cars that I'll need a lot of it!

At a guess, I reckon the freight will be as much, if not more than the cost of the QEW, but you get that I guess.....its all in the part of the game called detailing!

$56 freight is the cheapest - OUCH! Thats US$83 for a gallon of QEW delivered ( A$111 ).

That is hideous! Might have to give it a miss and continue to break the law unfortunately, unless there is a local supplier that is "reasonably priced" or there is a local alternative. You guys and gals in the states are soooooooo lucky!

OK, I got a great lead from Tnoy66 ( thanks heaps Tony! ) and I ended up in a roundabout way finding an australian distributor ( not quite yet but they will be soon - they are waiting for some labels ).

It should be available very shortly!

I was talking to Mr. Neuman from Protectall and he had asked if I could mention this company (AG Group) as soon to be carrying QEW in Australia. I see it's already been mentioned. Only info I can add is that it should be available in 500ml bottles and sell for about $11 or $12 (Australian currency), so he figured it would still work out to about a buck a wash. Sounds like it'll be way cheaper than importing it!
