QEW + Vanilla Moose + P21S = Wet!

My Brother in law has a sweet black '56 MBZ 190 convertable. I gave him a QEW kit for Christmas and he was eager to try it out.

Here is what was done to the car.

1. Wash car with QEW.

2. Polish with VM using pc and polishing pad. I hadn't used VM in a while and I forgot how much I really like this stuff. Very easy to use and smells like a vanilla milkshake! :D

3. Apply one coat of P21S by hand. Same with the P21S, easy on, easy off and great shine and wetness.

By the time we were finished, the sun pretty much was going down. Here are a couple of after pics.

If you haven't VM and or P21S/S100 in a while, pull these great products out and give 'em another try. :xyxthumbs

Cheers,

That car is gorgeous!

I haven't used VM yet, but I have used S100. I am gonna have to order some VM now. That thing looks great!

AndyC,

The car has been fully restored. I am not sure about the paint except for it is in pretty nice condition. This car gets looks everywhere!

Cheers,

Great looking car with a fantastic shine :xyxthumbs

That car just proves, they don't make em like they used to :)

How do you guys rate VM in it's polishing and cleaning abilities compared to GEPC? I'm going to give VM a try, it's sounds like great stuff and top it off with P21S wax.

Quickstrike,

We were in my garage for this picture. With all the lights shining on the car it does looks pretty sweet! :D

Here is what was used for this pic: Swirl Free polish with a white polishing pad and S100 SEPC with a white polishing pad using a PC. Next we QD'd with Crystal Mist and applied one coat of Souveran.

This time around I had no sun to work with. Also, for this time of year, I wanted to use the P21S for its abilities to stay cleaner and attract less dust. I also wanted to show that P21S/S100 is a fine alternative to Souveran.

Cheers,
