QEW Question

I was reading protect all's website and im confused. What's the concept behind QEW?? 1 gallon of water and no rinsing?? no spotting?? im intrigued. what gives?

Basically it's pretty simple though. It's a wash that you don't have to rinse off (you wipe it off) and only consumes 1 gallon of water to use, making it great for both winters and droughts.
