QD-clay lube

Is it possible to just buy a single product to do both "clay & QD" ? It's not a big deal if I need to buy 2 seperate products but if I can buy just buy 1 then why not? I am a firm believer in the right tool for the job "hence the right product for the job " but money is money. what do you think?

I never buy a separate clay lube. I always use a QD cut 1:1 (or soap & water). The reason I got the idea was that my first clay lube back in BC was sold as a product that could do both. Even a waterless wash like S&W, which is a little different than a typical QD, works great as a clay lube.

I like Poorboy's S & W both as a clay lube & a QD. :bigups

That said, I have also used "wash water" if I find a small area that just needs a spot claying while washing.

Buy a good QD (and a lot of it) and clay while you wash. There's no need to waste a good QD to clay when you can use soapy water for the same purpose.
