A couple places to get you started: www.i-car.com, www.autoint.com, www.detailplus.com. All offer training (I believe that the i-car course is actually licensed from Auto International).

I agree. I initially thought very little of his business practices but have warmed due to his genuine interest in furthering the industry. He has gone out of his way to help me out in planning for building my new shop.
