Products with Edge2K DA Pads

Hi all,



Please advise if the following products go with the correct Edge2000 DA pads for my PC. I purchased my PC two months ago and ready to use it.



Optimum Compound ----> Edge 2000 Orange Pad

Optimum Polish ----> Blue Pad

AIO ----> Blue pad

Zaino Z5-Pro, PS21, and EX-P ---->White pad

Final buffing -- microfiber bonnet or by hand???



Also, can I use combo of Optimum Polish and AIO? Is that an overkilled?
 
Sounds about right , although you could skip the AIO . You won't need it with OP .I'm not familiar with Z5 or PS21 I don't know what they do . If Z5 Pro is a sealant then you could skip EX-P or visa versa. Personally I like to apply sealants by hand , I feel the PC waste to much product . (JMO) Final clean up with micro fiber by hand as well . Good luck and have fun :buffing:
 
How are the Edge 2K pads working out for you? Do they seem to hold up well? I've been planning on buying the pad kit from Autogeek for a while but just haven't got to it.

For me they hold up great , as long as you don't run them over sharp objects :chuckle:

They should last a person detailing 1 or 2 cars every few months for years. I have pads that I only use on my personal vehicle going on 3 years old. I probably do my car 3 or 4 times a year give or take. :buffing:
