Products On hand ??

2 orders of mine have been on back order. Is there aproblem with getting certain products.

When ordering can you tell customer if product is on hand and not backordered.

I was planning on using my new Griots DA this weekend that I ordered last Friday but to find out that along with my order on Monday is still pending.

Just my 2cents

Posting here isn't going to get the answer you are looking for, I know it may make you feel better. But write or call Auto Geek if that's who you ordered it from...Todd is very quick to the punch with issues such as these.

I thought Todd browsed the forums ???? I ordered from Autopia not Auto Geek.

Feeling better ???? Just wanted to find an answer. I emailed nothing. Phones could not get threw.

I thought this question was under right forum..Customer feedback...

You could have just as well sent Todd a PM about this order, since you knew he was browing the forums daily.

Do I feel better? the question should be do you? :D:D:D

IMO this is one of the best online car care product suppliers on the next and their service has always been spot on for me and many others.

Got thru to customer service, they where holding my order from last Friday up because 1 of the items was on back order. I told them to cancel the item and send my order out. I did receive and email that they did ship it out

My point of this post was for Autopia to let customers know if items they ordered where on back order and give them an option on what to do.

Yes Iam a happy camper now less 1 item I ordered . :D:D:D:D
 
KBsSS I concur that CS should have called or sent you an email with what they had to ship and what was back ordered and allowed you to make the decision one way or the other.
