This is my process,is it correct?

1 Wash

2 Clay

3 SSR1

4 Collinite wax

5 EXP







someone has said to me i should use EXP then the wax to top, please advise,thanks
 
That is your product list, not your process. Just remember a great product is nothing without the proper *process*. Before you use any of these products, take some time to completely understand what they are and how they work. This will help when it comes time to actually use them.



To answer your question, you have a basic product combination for a *light* detail which means you won't be doing too much paint correction, but more paint *cleaning*. If your car is in pretty good shape without any scratches and/or swirls, this combo will work just fine. On the other hand, if you are planning on removing any defects you will need one or two additions in the polish dept.



Wax should always be your very last step if you choose to use it. In your case, the Collinite would go before the EX-P, and wait at least 24 hours before topping the EX-P with the wax for curing.
