Problems with the Bone by Cobra!

Are you saying that you used the Bone as a wash mitt?

I have never used it as a wash mitt but have used it as a way to spread a QD. It holds to much dirt and does not rinse out enough for me to use as a wash mitt.

I have the Bone from Megs and i use it for QDing with no marring. imho MF is not a good item to use for a wash because the dirt stays trapped within the fibers.

Why do they still sell california water blades even though everyone one knows they scratch paint? Because people will still buy them. Now with that being said I would see the bone being like a wash mitt. I would never think of washing my car with just one wash mitt. I use a minimum of 3 to wash my car. So perhaps you might want to use more than 1 per car? It would just seem to me that MF would trap to much dirt in, and would impart be rubbed into the paint.

That is my favorite washing pad, I just got two new vehicles and that is the only Mitt I plan to use on it besides my sea sponges.
Did you rinse the vehicle before washing?

I have to say this is a terrific product for QD and washing and it has never micro-marred my finish as far as I can tell.
