Problem with order #AUTOPIA-47711

Hello I am new to this forum and just joined because i have a slight problem with my most recent order from autopia. Among the things I ordered was the perfect glass bundle and a der wunder towel trio bundle. I was very disappointed, however, when the glass bundle contained only one der wunder applicator, instead of the advertised two. Then I saw that the new der wunder drying towels with the red lining (the ones i already have and love are blue lined) were an 80/20 blend, instead of the 70/30 blend advertised on your website. The main reason I bought the der wunder drying towels and not another is their supposedly higher polyamide content. I'm not sure what to do about the towels but i think at the very least I am owed the extra applicator I paid for. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
