Problem with my SSR1

I think it's broken. Is this covered under warranty?

My SSR2 is also starting to have similar issues.

WOW... and it seems my bottles refill themselves automatically ...I must be on to something :rofl

You know what I do is run some warm water over the outside of the bottle and that makes it loosen up and you can really get ALL of the product out

I had the same problem, I tired to catch the bandit but instead only caught the grinch, I guess better luck next time. I'm sorry to see the bottle empty but it does mean you get to make another order :lmfao and that's always AWESOME

I had a similar problem. I think the bottles all leak.
