Problem with headliner

I've been lurking here for a while and decided finally to join so I can get some help with a problem I'm having.

As you can see my headliner is fuzzy in this location from a previous attempt to remove a stain I had. Is there anything I can do to remove this fuzz and get it looking the same as the area around it? BTW the car is an 02 RSX if that helps.

There is a tool called a "Fuzz Remover". Battery powered. Operates like an electric razor.

You can use a tool that is used to groom sweaters that have "pilled" looks very similar to the above.. any type ok kmart/walmart store should carry it

Yeah, I think they are less than 10-bucks. Who knows, you might get to use it more than once.

What I use is some very sharp scissors. $15 or more to be sure they are good ones. And they usually work to crop down little tight areas if you lay the scissors down to get the right angle. But you have to be careful since they are so sharp. I'd be interested in trying out the shaver thing to see if it works
