Problem with DF Concours towels

I ordered a bunch of towels 5 weeks ago. Haven't seen or heard anything. Anyone else have a similar experience ordering from DF Concours? I've emails 4 times and left a message. No response. I've already been billed and paid my credit card, but I'm about to dispute the charges.



I can wait for a good product, and can understand a supply issue. But 5 weeks w/o any update is BS. :grrr
