Problem with backing pad

Iam having a problem with LC backing pads. Ever time I go to 6 om my pc the pad seperates. The company was great replacing the first one. Now the replacement has seperated. I have reglued it and will try again but not on 6. Does anyone else have this problem?
 
Are you talking about the velcro backing plate or the foam pad?



I had trouble with there foam pads until i switched to their 7.5" ones which I like much much better and have not had one ounce of trouble with them.
 
Not sure if you have the old or reformulated pad. The new ones have the hook and loop to within 1/4 inch of the edge, to alleviate that problem......I dont believe LC recommends using the PC at that speed, however that may change with the newer pads as well.......
 
i have the cma pads and a couple of the backings have come loose. they sent me a new yellow pad free of charge. then it happened to a couple other pads. i emailed them asking how to fix it and they said if i sent them the defective pads they would send me new ones, they had a problem with the glue. i will send them when my "detailing season" is over.



i cannot afford to be with out them for now :rolleyes:



cma's website is showing the 6 in pads with an added cushion ?? :nixweiss looks like it
