Pro Sol C-61

To all the BAF Industries users out there, has anyone tired there C-61 Pro Sol???? About a month ago I used UPP on my Grey Ranger, which didn't do crap for it and being grey that my truck is, it's kinda hard to get it to pop up. So, I'm gonna strip it back down and try something else, not sure what yet but for those who have tried C-61, how did you apply it???? What's the easiest to go about it?? My idea was to take a small bucket clean bucket we have around here somewhere, and use it like a wash. Just use the Pro Sol as if you were washing like normal only rinse out the rag not completely though and do it like that. Unless anyone has better suggestions of how to apply it

You may want to PM fellow Autopian: Intel486. He uses a lot of the Pro products. I have many as well but do not use the Pro Sol.

Before you strip it off, have you tried a carnauba topper first? Try something S100 or #26 on top and see if it makes the paint "pop". Also, do a search on silver cars. I posted a while back about my wife's silver car and what I used. Type in the search: " I love silver"

I use PRO-SOL on tar and adhesive residue. Haven't tried it as a wax stripper. I always do the Liquid Fallouter Remover when I want to strip a synthetic.

You can just wipe it on a towel and then run it on the paint. The solvent is suppose to flash off quickly so it doesn't damage the paint.

ok doesn't sound too hard to use. I havn't tried the Fallout Remover yet:o but with intentions to in the future. On my Ranger anyway, I can telll if it needs to be waxed or not just seeing how fast it can get dirty or if the paint just doesn't seem smooth. What I will do to see if the Pro Sol did strip the UPP, is drive around for about 2 weeks without a washing:( my Ranger should look like it hasn't been washed in 2 months and the water shouldn't bead either. I will post my review in Detailing Product REviews after I have completed my test,,,,,,91
