Prime vs. AIO

I understand these are the same type of product. With all the rumors buzzing that the new VOC compliant formulation of AIO is not as stout as the original in terms of cleaning ability, I have started to wonder about Prime. How do these two compare in terms of application/removal, durability, and cleaning action. I always use AIO under a carnauba to prep the surface unless I'm topping a sealant.
