Wondering how FK1000 would play over Prima Amigo since the fillers in Prima are polymer based it seems it would be OK. Has anyone used this combo?

Yes, that duo would work perfectly since Prima is considered as a Pre-Wax cleaner, it will prep the surface before you put on a wax. I haven't used these products together before, but I know both products are very good. Give it a shot! :bigups

It kinda surprises me how FK1000P works on top of various other products. Seems to be working OK over 1Z WaxPolishSoft and I was quite leery of trying that combo.

Thanks for the replys!!

According to the Autopia chart Amigo has a cut rating of 2--the same as HD Speed. Is Amigo's cut about the same as Speed??

Amigo is a really great product. I use it every spring. It should play well with other LSP. It's really a 3 in 1.

However, we still need to describe Prima Amigo; Amigo is a paintwork cleanser...It is a polymer-based glaze...It is a super-fine polish which levels up to 3000 grit imperfections. Combine all three properties and you can see why we think it doesn't fall into any currently defined categories of car care product.

How would you describe the cut and is the cut pad dependent?

Ah, OK, thanks. I'll keep it on the possible-list if I ever decided to quit using the 1ZWPS.

I've just never had very good luck with concealing-stuff so I'm gonna ask about people's experiences before I try anything new ;)

Prima Amigo is all I use anymore as a PWC. I've never saw any correction out of it, but it's the best PWC / glaze out there IMHO. I've tried several other ones, but I always go back to Amigo, because it's just so easy to use and works well with machine. Will work with any LSP.
