Pricing for fleet vans???

I was approached by my HR supervisor at work at presenting a pricing break down for doing some light detail work on the company vans. We have 6 Chrysler Town & Country vans that regularly need to be swept out and lightly dressed up inside with occasional stain removal. The women routinely spill coffee and food inside the vans. I do not think that the exterior is of a huge concern but I was going to mention/inform my boss of the benefits of a simple clay/wax being applied every so often.

What seems like a reasonable price breakdown for this type of situation? I don't want to take total advantage of the situation but yet want to make this worth my time to be doing this work after normal work hours. If anyone has experience with this type of work please chime in.

This would be a chance for me to make a few extra bucks every month and could be a good starting point to branch and network out if my boss is pleased with how that vans look and stay looking good. She is well connected within the community and has a lot of friends that own/run businesses in the area.

Thanks for the advice.

They own them or leasing them?

Makes a difference, when it comes to the outside, how long the lease, etc.

Interior, they will want to have free of the spills, but outside, just some gloss.

For the exteriors, pick up one of those Hi-Tech Magna Sponges and an all-in-one product like M66, D151, or Optimum GPS.

Interiors, I agree with the notion of a steamer for light cleanup; depending on how long you'll be taking care of them you might consider applying scotchgard or 303 Fabric Guard the first time around to make them easier to clean up in the future. For cleaning and dressing, something like Meg's QID would be a good choice.

Is your supervisor requesting you dress the interiors as well? Id just hit them with the steamer.

I am not sure to what level they want the interiors done but I agree with the idea of using some sort of fabric guard to make my life easier in the end. I don't have a steamer but do have a spot-bot shampooer that I have used on my personal vehicles with good success.

They own all of their vans and I do now know to what level they would want the outside done. There is a lot of salt here in the winters and they could benefit greatly from just a simple clay and wax.

I am by no means a pro at this but just want to make it worth my time.
