You know that feeling that you are getting sick? How can I provent this. I haven't gotten sick for a long time. I drink lots of tea and orange juice all the time. I was thinking that maybe it was because I was conditioning for soccer today in the cold? Or maybe it was the food that I ate after that, because it seems the feeling came right after this. Anyways, what can I do? I tried to sleep but I couldn't. I dont want to get sick because I have soccer games and finals coming up!
