I know this is not best stuff out there but for a weekend warrior or someone who is on a budget and looking to start I think these items are fantastic.

Hey, they will do what you want them to, so "good show old sport!"

I picked up 24 new micro fibers, Chinese, good quality, at a buddy's yearly yard sale for $3.00.

What's that 12 cents a towel?

I gotta make the expedition to Big Lots, wish it was in my town.

I'd be really curious to hear your thoughts on those Home Depot MFs. I think someone mentioned good experiences with them the other day. If there's no lint and no marring, they sound good to go.

Bill D- I have not used them yet and anxious to find out too, but in the past I have bought some of the blue MF towels that Home Depot sells. I think there was only 24 or so in them but, I think it was ten dollars. I didn't have any issues with them. Also, just remember to take the tags off.

I'll consider them at least for my next general household cleaning MFs, if not for the car too--sure beats having to venture up to Costco. Regardless of their use, I always remove the tags, and wash ( and use vinegar in the fabric softener dispenser) before using and during every wash. Keeps them lasting for a long time.

Really have to be careful with some of these cheap MF towels. I use them as well, but seldom on my paint, and never in high-profile areas. I like them for trim, jambs, general cleaning, interior work, engine detailing, etc. I wash them and if they don't clean up I give them one more dirty-duty application and then toss them.

I demote some really grungy ones to bottom of lawn mower duty. I do get all my money's worth out of them.
