Pre wash spray or foam

I have some dirty cars :(. I let them slip this winter. Now it’s time to pay the piper. This weekend I’ll dedicate a day to a major interior cleaning and get the outside de gunked and iron led out and clayed. Then the following weekend I’ll quick wash , quick decon, polish and ceramic coat it.

Looking for a good recommendation on a pre wash. I usually just foam witn car wash and let sit and rinse. I think I need something more. Been watching some YouTube stuff and dark fury get mentioned as a pre wash and wheel cleaner. I’m inclined not to put that on my paint.

What are you guys using. I have Gyeon foam and some apc. Thinking about using that. Do you suggest foaming it or just a spray application. It’s Dirty and has been for 6 months. My DD.
 
There has been a lot of talk about the Bilt Hamber Touchless and AutoFoam over on AGO. May not be available right now because they are changing US distributors.

Looks like you can still get the AutoFoam from Carzilla in Canada, last time I checked the shipping was pretty reasonable.
