I have a 32oz PG & this stuff is thick !! I used it but it didnt want to come off the paint. Even w/ a fresh pad and cleaned clayed surface i applied some PG went over it w/ a LC polishing pad @ 1500+ rpms worked it in over a 2x2 area and it caked up real fast. what do i do?
 
Jay, I haven't used Menzerna Power Gloss yet. I've been given a sample to try and am keen to, but haven't had the opportunity yet.



I was planning to use it with, at least, an orange light-cutting pad.



I was wondering whether that might be the problem your having. Maybe the polishing pad is too gentle to break down the polish? Power Gloss is quite an aggresive (compared to IP) polish so maybe it needs a more aggressive pad.

How much product did you use? Maybe it really needs to be used sparingly. I also wonder if priming the pad by misting it would help.
 
i used about a quarter sized drop, i also forgot to mention i did use it w/ a 6" orange cma pad. misting the pad only made it cake up faster.
 
I usually apply via rotary and LC cutting pad (7.5") @ 1500-2000 rpm depending on the damage.



Make sure you spread it out well over the surface. Let the polish and speed to the work, don't apply a lot of pressure.
