Possible to remove scratches from side windows?

I have a 5 year old Accord which has scratched windows in all 4 doors. It looks like the previous owner has scratched frost/ice of them in the winter rather carelessly.



Is it possible to remove or reduce the scratches maybe with my PC? If so what products should I use.



The scratches are not too deep & but show up badly in sunlight.
 
Yes you can try to remove them, but it requires different pads made for glass work.



There are several glass polishes, Zaino makes one, Diamondite and even a jewlers rouge.
