So 80% done polishing the RX8 and my porter cable decided to make "whirring" noises. After a few passes it just stopped spinning. The motor was still trying to work but it just got stuck as if it said "LOL F' you!".
I'm trying to figure out what to do with this damn thing. When I turn it on, the motor is trying to spin the head (not sure what it's called) but it refuses to move. I even tried moving the weight clockwise by hand and it is completely stuck!
I brought the PC a few years ago from TOFL as a full package and probably used it 6-7 times only. I don't want to throw money down on a new one when I hardly used this one. What can I do?
