Porsche GT3 protected by Got_Leather

Hello all, I have been extremely busy so posting has been to a minimal. This customer is from clubrsx where I get alot of work from. He wanted to bring the gloss back and give it plenty of protection. This is his daily driver as well as occassional trips for auto-x. The car has yet to be professionally detailed in the year the owner has had the car. I spent about an hour alone just claying due to several contaminated areas from the track. The car had its fair share of mild swirls and such but after clay it looked decent. Here in a few months I will be doing a full out 2-step to show the cars fullest potential. But for now this is what we have, I think it came out great.

Process Was:

Wash via ONR

Clay - Mild and Fine grades

Optimum Poli-Seal via orange 5.5inch @ Speed 6 on PC

Opti-Seal x2 with about 1 hour between coats.

Optimum Car Wax v2

Didn't really take any before pictures since it was hard to show on white with the lighting anyways.

Two before pictures..In the second one you can see some mild swirls, scratches if you look closely.

Having the IPod makes detailing go by a little easier

Nice detail. The details of the car make me giggle. They removed the front emblem for a sticker verison of it to save weight, the interior cage, seats, curb weight. Very cool car.

No interior shots?

Also, take a peek at the rear picture with the GT3 emblem, was that a "before" picture? It's really tough to give depth to white but you did, cool.

Very nice.

So here's what I don't get. The GT3 is his DD? But he has an RSX? I'm so confused! And *** is someone with an RSX doing with a GT3? Mind boggling...

XRL - I think he said the Porsche is his everyday driver and his weekend race toy. Who knows who the RSX belongs to in the back, might be the guy detailing; he did say the guy was a member on the RSX fourm.

Exactly. The RSX in a few of the pictures is my car. Just because your on a certain car forum doesn't mean you have to drive that car.

Joed, the pic with the GT3 emblem is an after picture. Also no interior shots. Just did a quick wipe down and vacuum.

Ah, I was waiting for one of these! Looks great as always DJ! But I gotta ask... Who in gods name has a GT3 on CRSX?!
