I detailed a Porsche 911 today and I am continuing to learn about the detailing world. I believe this is my most complete detail to date and I am hoping to keep getting better. The owner said it was a 1979, but the owners manual says its a 1984. It has some peeling below the windshield, but other than that it was in good condition. Car has 67,XXX miles on it.
Gotta get my halogen light for better inspection, the sun had sort of gone by the house during the after pictures.
-I used menzerna intensive polish with a orange pad.
-Followed by tropi-care polish and sealant.
-Followed by a coat of wax.
-Paint could have been corrected a bit better, not trying to pass this off as a top quality job, but its the best for my current ability and supplies.
-Tropi-care wheel and tire cleaner + dressing
I thought the interior came out really nice.
-Vacuumed, tropi-care carpet cleaner, tropi-care leather conditioner, tropi-care rubber/vinyl polish
I know I did other stuff, but I am beat! Any tips and suggestions would be appreciated. Keep in mind I am still learning.
