I am looking for a free or inexpensive e-mail account. One of the main things I am looking for is the ability to send and receive with my e-mail program.

I have Earthlink with my cable modem. They give you about 6 email accounts with service and I definitely recommend them. No SPAM, no unwatned mail, use with Outlook, it's great!!!
