i got them today all i can say is wow Spray & Gloss made my truck the glosses i ever seen it since i started my hobbie!we might have something here very easy to use :D

S&G leaves the best gloss I have ever gotten from any QD. I honestly would use a QD and was always left with Ho Hum results afterwards. S&G leaves a noticable improvement in gloss on my Black Metallic paint. I'm not near as good as some other veteran autopians on seeing subtle differences, but I see it on this product. I am anxious to see reviews from autopian experts to see if I am right about this one.

I haven't had much time to truly compare but it seems similar to Adam Detail Spray so far. I did mix a small bottle with S&W and S&G and liked the results. I then mixed S&W, S&G and Adams but haven't had a chance to take a look at it in the sun on the black car yet as it tells the whole story. I do like the scent of S&G though.

Just received a gallon of both Spray and Wipe (haven't used yet) and Bold and Bright (like this product). Now Spray and Gloss? When will it end? I just keep wanting more and more products.

So being that this is a gloss, does that mean that you cannot add a layer of UPP after using this product?

I am in a desperate search for a good cost effective QD.

Stepping off topic...boybert000, are you a DU member?

Back on topic, I have yet to try the S&G, so I can't comment. S&W on the other hand...:up :up :D

I have given the S+G a try on both my cars, both silver. I used a method that I found in one of the threads, though I can't remember where it is ( it may be at DC ). I partially dried a panel after washing, light mist of S+G and then dry. Good lubricity and wonderful shine. I followed with an application of S+G on the car totally dry with same ease of application/lubricity and even more shine. The more you buff, the shinier it gets and I found myself buffing away just gloating over the shine. I did my daughter's car after an S+W quick clean with the same ease of application and wonderful shine. Love the product...very thin, so it goes on much more quickly than my QD+.

I really like S&G a lot. I put it on the same level as Quik Shine. Yes, there can be an obvious bias since I sell the stuff, but I'm calling it as I see it.

I've only used it on my GP. The weather here isn't exactly condusive to detailing being in the 20's. But, the few times I got to wash my car I gave it a try.

I swore off trying anything new since I already had Quik Shine, Crystal Mist, two other sample products who's names escape me, and probably something else sitting on my shelf. But, I'm glad I opened the bottle. It gave my car a nice clean look. I used it after a QEW wash and it really made the car look sharp. The wife had a party to attend at a local country club. I was so proud of the shine that I even used the valet parking. :)

I'm anxious to try it when things get warmer around here.

I don't have one "favorite" QD spray. I will reach for QS, Crystal Mist and now S&G based on what I feel like at the time.

Scott are you selling this, I looked on t he webpage but I either had the glazed over eyes going at all the pretty products and missed it or else its not there.

Thanks!

I was one of the testers for this product and really like it a lot. In fact, I liked it so much that I just ordered some more...even though I have 6 other QD type products.

It does leave behind a slight amount of polymer protection and it is very slick & glossy - I found it to be slicker than Adams on my car and I thought Adams was pretty slick! It also really enhanced the flake apperance on my paint.

If you are the type of person that adds a coat of carnauba every week this may not be the best QD because of the polymer content...Steve did say that the amount of polymer is pretty slight so a wash may remove most of it.

On the other hand if you use a sealant LSP or you don't tend to top your carnauba, this is a great QD that also is very effective on light dusting...anything heavier I break out the Spray & Wipe.

Todd,

I do not think S&G leaving polymer protection behind is an issue for carnauba toppers. How is that any different than topping SG, EX-P, UPP, etc., with a carnauba?
