Poorboy's Spray and Wipe

I started using this product a short time ago and must say I like it. Leaves behind a clean natural finish, clean smell, too. On occasion, however, I have noticed some minor streaking. I'm using what I would consider an appropriate amount of product on a cool surface with a terry style MF towel. Has anyone tried diluting Spray and Wipe with water? My 32oz. bottle is approx. 2/3 - 3/4 full, I thought about filling it to the top with distilled water. Any comments? TIA
 
Several (many?) users dilute their S&W. I often dilute mine 50/50 with distilled water for glass. I will also sometimes add a QD to S&W for lightly dusted surfaces. And of course, I enjoy it straight just like Steve has it produced. S&W IMO is a very versatile product :up



Regarding the streaking, was the weather cold and humid? I rarely have streaking issues with S&W, but perhaps you could lightly mist the surface and go over it with a clean and dry MF.



I estimate my usage somewhere between 2-4 oz of S&W per vehicle. I don't really measure closely, using as much or as little as I feel is necessary. I don't use it on really dirty vehicles.

The temp. in the garage is about 50 degrees, humidity's average/low. The streaking isn't crazy, it just dries in spots and leaves some residue. I'm not doing too big a section or letting it sit, either. I apply, flip MF and wipe off. It's probably too concentrated, I think I'll cut it a little. Thanks.
