:mohawk I am currently stocking up on detailing chemicals and after reading info on this site I placed four orders...... Poorboys site being the last and strangely will be the first to arrive at my door. Hmmm ordered on the 3-28-05 and will be at my door on 3-29-05. Hmm.. is that like less then 24hours? Yes.

Not trashing the others.. Just amazing speed on the PB network.

Oh is it me or is S&G simply the bomb....
 
Poorboy's makes a terrific line of products. Have had excellent results from all the product lines.

As far as vendors are concerned, I have not gotten bad service from any of the sponsors on the DC forum.
 
Steve is a super cool dude, and his products are top notch...as are all the sponsors. I'm making it a point to order from all of them (just not all at the same time.:D) I have a ton of Poorboys stuff and am COMPLETELY satisfied with every single bottle and or jar (Natty's).
 
Agreed, Poorboy's products are excellent and I have not been disappointed with any of Steve's products or service.

If you order early in the day your order will ship the same day you place the order. This "saves" you a day and your order is in the UPS/FedEx system and on its way to you.

I can't order 'till I get home at 5PM EST so my order will not ship until the next day which seems to "lose" a day.
 
Poorboy's is just excellent, and Steve really is a great guy..
Having your goodies delivered in less than 24 hours is really.. :eek that's what you call quality service from Steve!
 
:dunno I wasn't trashing the rest of the sponsors. I have ordered from a couple and have received great service and will continue to buy from them. I just thought Steve had lightning speed....

I love living so close to their warehouse (about 1.5 hours), its like haivng overnight shipping for the price of ground! Last week I ordered some SSR3, sponges, NL and clay and it was here next day which not only speaks well for the shipping company but also for Steve and the rest of Poorboys World for taking care of the orders so quickly. Top notch customer service as well!
 
No question about it................. Steve makes some great products. The same goes for his service. As a matter of fact, all the sponsors here a DC provide great selection and service. I've yet to hear a bad word about any of them and I can personally vouch for most of them! :bigups

As for Steve........... he's a real "sweetheart"! :lmfao
 
:wait Let's hear it again for Steve. Living close sure does help with speedy shipping.

I just wanted to thank you again Steve for resolving a very minor issue in record time. I am hooked on all the PB products I have purchased. I am now the envy of the neighborhood. I will say that the S&W and S&G combo are addictive.

Plan on doing the wife's car this weekend. Pics to follow.
