I have set of four that have not gotten much use since I seem to apply everything by PC these days - until...

I was applying layer 3 of TS (using an MF towel)..and I saw them on the shelf and figured what the hey!

MAN O MAN O MAN... Never have I gotten such and even application, thin thin thin coats - it practically glided across the surface!

I am putting on coat 4 tonight (which is really probably coat 2 1/2 since I was never sure about how well the MF application went - seemed to put a lot down and then trail off to none quickly) -

This is on top of three coats of 4*UPP and it really looks awesome! After tonights coat I will take some pics -

(just to give you an idea it was 67 sunday so I washed, applied my TS, did the wheels and tires (PB's PwC and Natural look)...been asked three times today if I got a new car..from people who have seen me driving the acura for months ! ;)

I used

the flat wide side - I got about the first 1/4 to 1/2 in there - seemed to soak in the applicator so I did not have to make to many return trips to the tub and did not require much pressure to apply.

I tried one yesterday for the 1st time when I applied Ex. Guess I need more practice.

I never had

much luck with them for ex or upp :) - either - hehe it's why I went to all PC applications :) -

but it seems to work really great for me with hard carnuba wax like TS.

Its about 90 miles south of me, Sonoma County is north of SF close to the coast. We are one county over from Napa. Why do you ask?

I work for a company

that has people come on site all the time to do detailing work - if you were interested and close to SJ I was gonna offer to get your services posted for ya on the internal web site ;)

coming back on topic:rolleyes: :D

they should be damp when using, definitely the wide side and try using less EX in a thin line across the pad.

"Poorboys Lifetime applicators!"

How long will these applicators last? :lmfao :rolling

Layer 4 (or 3.625 :) )...

it was dusk out so I had to deal with the flourescents in the garage but see for yourself -

This is -

aio/4*UPPx3/TSx4 (TS hand applied layer 3 & 4 with Poorboy's lifetime applicator - which rocks - TS removed with Mullet Wax Awesome Polishing Cloth which also rocks)

okay okay last one

this one is kinda cool though - even the back is so shiny now, kinda looks like the garage door is a pattern in the paint!
